Lag = Nearly unplayable

I want to enjoy this game, but the lag spikes make it nearly unplayable solo. Mobs swarm and continue hits during the lag spikes, causing the player to burn through blood packs to survive. Unless the player shells out real life money for legendary item packs with high defense stats.
